Ion Food Massages as a Help Gas Stomach Bloating
This is just something I wanted to include for people as an aid for gas stomach bloating
I wanted to tell you about my mom and the wonderful relults she has
had with the ion foot baths and getting her candida under control.
She had chemical and other sensitivities for years, which prevented
her from wearing/smelling perfumes without strong reactions and
eating fresh veggies and certain fruits for several years (if she did
eat them, even in the tiniest amount, her mouth would swell and she
would get terrible sores on the inside of her mouth. She’d have to
take benadryl but she wouod feel very sick for awhile afterward). She
worked with essential and fragrance oils in large quantities and so
we thought her body had just been over-exposed and was reacting. Now
it seems it was a candida issue, aggravated by the fragrance exposure.
She has a friend with an ion foot bath who offered to give her weekly
treatments for free. Mom did have to take minerals after the
treatments; I think this is the recommended practice if doing the
treatments over time. (the particular brand her friend has is aqua
chi, although there are some cheaper ones out there. There is one at
gaiam.com for $250 that I am looking into purchasing in the future.)
Week after week after week yeast would come out in the water during
her baths. At least this was what the color charts indicated as far
as what impurities were coming out in the water. In all this time,
Mom did not change her eating habits for any length of time and she
still drank beer regularly. (Of course I am not recommending that we
eat whatever and just do foot baths to cure candida) However, over
time, and I believe it took some months, she was able to eat fresh
veggies again with NO reaction whatsoever. She can also wear perfume
now too with no problems. She continues to be able to eat any fresh
veggie and fruit she wants. I am not saying that she is cured by the
foot bath, but it seems to have helped get things under control.
A different View About Coffee and Gas Stomach Bloating

Definitely the idea here is to one by one refine and
clean up your diet, but often if you do that too
quickly, you are unable to deal with it physically or
emotionally.
Being that coffee is so addictive, and in my
experience not an issue with candida, it wouldn’t be
one of the first things I’d cut out of someone’s diet
who was on the opposite end of the spectrum from where
they needed to be.
I spent 2 months weaning off of coffee and changing
nothing else about my diet but that. It’s been my
experience that the only way in some cases to make
something a habit is to change it slowly and give
yourself time to focus on that and nothing else, until
it is second nature.
Sometimes cold turkey works for people. I’ve had some
things I’ve quit cold turkey with no problem. Most
things were more ingrained in my life, and slow
changes have been the most effective.
On the other hand I have seen people do cold turkey,
fall off the wagon, lather, rinse, repeat. That was
me.
I was in good company too. I’m done with that
cycle now I believe.
Yougurt as a Way to Stop Gas Stomach Bloating
Good bacteria can be great to stop gas stomach bloating but you need to know a few more things:
The yogurt I eat is very sweet, so I imagine it
cancels the good bacteria out!
Yes definitely. If you want to get good bacteria, try
getting a good probiotic supplement. Probably better
to wait until you are well under way on the diet first
though.
Gas Stomach Bloating and Candida
Here’s the quick, down-and-dirty of what to do when facing gas stomach bloating and candida:
The first step is eat cleanly and supplement appropriately to starve the
candida and support your immune system. Then you can introduce
antifungals. and finally, you can reintroduce beneficial bacteria that
were killed off when your immune system went crazy and the candida took
over.
I always try and find the cause of something when I notice symptoms.
Believe it or not, candida is a symptom. It’s a symptom of an immune
system that isn’t strong and functioning properly. So if you deal with
the underlying cause AND stop feeding the candida, you’re well on your way
to health. It’s a long process though, and it takes hard work and
patience.

First, your stomach gets bloated because the food takes to long to be digested. In extreme cases, your body can get putrefied inside your digestive system if it is too long in your body.
When this happens, you not only get bloating of stomach but also stomach ache. In addition, you will probably feel a lack of energy since your body has to use so much of its resources to digest the food properly.
When you read health magazines, you see most experts talking about what acid reflux foods to avoid. They tell you to get rid of foods with a high level of acidity.
However, you may consider that instead of worrying about what foods to eat, you should consider how you mix these foods. You see, when you mix foods that require different types of enzymes for the body to process the food, take a longer time to be digested.
This is so because different types of enzymes tend to block each other. By consuming foods in a way that requires only one type of enzyme to be released, your body will be more easily to process the foods in the system.
